Garth Brooks put it best - She's sun and rain, she's fire and ice. A little crazy but it's nice. And when she gets mad, you best leave her alone. My husband once described me as his Fiercely Independent Princess, and that is a pretty apt description. I am beautiful and intelligent, amazing and full of life. Haiku
Our first assignment was to read through Robert Hass' essay Images and then answer some questions. One of them asked us to form images in our minds and then offer up a poem, if we were so inclined.
Everything so still Lost in the white and quiet peace Up where the giants walk
